As a software tester with a heart for education, Hamsa merged her technical expertise with a passion for teaching. Her journey began with inspiring middle school students in computer science and empowering communities through Air Force Wives Welfare Association's computer literacy programmes. Her expertise in mind-mapping techniques have proven instrumental in enhancing student learning outcomes. Extending her impact, she dedicates herself to bridging the digital divide for non-tech-savvy senior citizens, enriching their lives through digital literacy.

As a multifaceted professional, her academic credentials (M.Com, B.Ed, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Programming and Software Testing Certifications) enable her to facilitate educational transformation through technology.

Beyond her career, she has now embarked on a remarkable journey to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged students. As a volunteer Spoken English Teacher at BVLPS, she aims to foster confidence, creativity, and a lifelong pursuit of opportunities in these young learners.
